HeyyoJojo encompasses a welcome atmosphere and brings brightness, postivity, and youthfulness into our everyday life!

Designing stickers, pins, charms, and more of our favorite video game friends! When I am not running my own store, HeyyoJojo, I am creating for FrostedCaribou's Patreon and BouShop!   I love showing video game characters in a new light through my art style.  You can catch me in my free time with my Switch in one hand and a coffee in the other!  Happy to be here!

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Once shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation to the email provided. USPS First Class Mail takes between 3-5 days. To account for any possible delays, please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

The Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. International shipping options are coming soon.

PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING / I HAVE EXTRAS IN MY PACKAGE?

While packaging many orders at once, there may be occasions where I leave something out. If this happens, please email info@heyyojojo.com to get everything resolved. If you find something in addition to what you ordered, congratulations you got a freebie! I appreciate you all so much and try to include extra goodies into orders where I can.

WHAT DETERMINES MY SHIPPING COST?

Packages are shipped in a recycled envelope (stickers only) or padded mailer with tracking (all other products). This is to ensure transparency in delivery confirmations for both you and me. Shipping costs are determined by the current USPS Shipping Rates calculated after you enter your shipping location at checkout.
